This fountain pen is the Challenge model from Vuarnet. The cap and barrel have a rubber-like overlay. The clip and trip are glossy chrome and the section is black. The clip is spring-loaded to retain tension even after years of use. The pen has a snap-on cap (rather than a screw-on cap). The nib is two-tone steel, iridium-tipped and size medium (M) [0.8 mm according to the manufacturer].
